The Belgian authorities continue to bring their information campaign to the people on the occasion of the contamination by dioxin of certain livestock feeds.

Already yesterday the authorities made their reports to the Ministers of Health and Agriculture. In the same spirit of openness, the official website of the authorities http://belgium.fgov.be has a new section entitled "Dioxin contamination" that contains complete information including the integral text of the official reports of the Ministries of Health and Agriculture (In Dutch, French, English and German). In addition there are a list of frequently asked questions with answers, all press releases from the authorities and other relevant information such as useful addresses.

The Federal Information Service will also initiate a call centre this week.
