BRUSSELS, June 4 (Reuters) - Belgian Prime Minister Jean-Luc Dehaene left the two-day summit of European Union leaders in the German city of Cologne ahead of schedule due to Belgium's widening food crisis over dioxin poisoning, Dehaene's spokeswoman said on Friday.
``He left this morning about nine (0700 GMT), because of the situation in Belgium,'' spokeswoman Moniek Delvou told Reuters.
